Do you offer unlimited mileage?

Yes, for only $20 extra on select models!

Does Simple Rentals offer insurance to cover the vehicle?

Yes. We currently offer Renters Liability Insurance, Supplemental Liability Insurance and Loss Damage Waiver.

What happens if the vehicles breaks down?

We offer roadside assistance on qualifying vehicles.

What do I need to know to drive the vehicle?

All of our vehicles have modern features and amenities. Any special instructions (if needed) will be provided at the time of the rental.

Do I need a special license for any of the vehicles?

No. All of our trucks and vans are rated below the weight and passenger requirements for a CDL.

May someone else beside renter drive the vehicle?

Yes, immediately family and coworkers are automatically included. Other drivers may be added.

Do you require a deposit?

Yes, a $100 deposit (no prepaid cards) is required for all rentals.

Are hourly rentals available?

It depends on day and availability. Typically a four hour minimum is required.

Do you allow cancellations?

Yes, only with a 72-hour notice. If less than 72 hours your deposit is subject to being forfeited. In some situations we are able to offer the deposit toward a future rental.

Do you charge a late fee?

We automatically offer a two hour grace period. After that you will be charged for another day's rental.

Do we have to return the vehicle fueled?

Yes, however we charge a market rate to refuel the vehicle. Market rates vary.

What happens if I'm in an accident?

1. Call the police. 2. Exchange Insurance information. 3. Call Simple Rentals. 4. Have the vehicle towed back to our location if not drivable.
